Exness account linking for cashback is the record that a trading account is attributed to the referral FXBee uses when a rebate is calculated. Exness's partner help says that record is made when the client registers. A partner link used at registration attaches the Personal Area to that partner if the partner-code field is left blank. If a different partner code is typed on the same form, the Personal Area follows the code. A link clicked after the account already exists is neither of those events, so it does not by itself show that the account is linked.
The check before you trade for a credit is short. Copy the company name from the client agreement, not from a stacked license line. Send FXBee the account identifier, the account type, and your country, and keep the reply that names the date tracking starts. The cashback terms then add two date sentences that do not obviously select the same trades. A listed rate on the Exness rebate page applies only after those matches, and a credit does not make a losing trade smaller than the loss.

What Exness account linking for cashback records
Exness describes a partner link as the referral ID a partner shares so that a new client's trading can be tied to that partnership. The help page says a person who registers with the link becomes a client under that partnership, and trading activity is linked from there. The partner-code page adds the exception that matters on the form itself. The code field is optional. Leave it blank and the Personal Area follows the link that opened the form. Type a valid code that belongs to a different partner and the Personal Area is registered under the code, not under the link. An invalid code produces an error, and the client can skip the field and continue.
That is a registration rule. It is not a rule about a browser click on a Tuesday after the account has been open for a year. The same help center also describes what a partner sees if a client later moves. Accounts already linked to the earlier partner can still pay that partner on those accounts. A change of the Personal Area is therefore not proof that an older trading account moved with it. A profile with no real trading account is not a linked trading account either. The partner note says rewards wait until a real account exists.
FXBee's side of the same job is the referral record used for the rebate. The cashback payment terms calculate from trading activity the broker reports, and they limit what can be considered by date. Linking an account identifier on FXBee, or opening through the path on the Exness page, is the step you can see. Attribution inside the broker is the step you confirm in writing, because a click and a form field can point at two different partners, and an older trading account can stay where it was opened.
Read the company named on the agreement
The trading account is held by the company on the client agreement. The Exness page on FXBee lists several company names in one field and a string of license numbers beside them. Those numbers are not one license, and they are not one set of client terms.
On Exness's regulation page, Exness (SC) Ltd is a securities dealer authorized by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority under license number SD025, for selected jurisdictions outside the European Economic Area. The same page says Exness (SC) Ltd is also authorized as an over-the-counter derivatives provider by South Africa's Financial Sector Conduct Authority. The Exness (SC) Ltd client agreement names that company, cites SD025, and gives the address 9A, CT House, 2nd Floor, Providence, Mahe, Seychelles. Clause 1.4 says the agreement overrides other arrangements and statements by the company or any introducer. Section 21 says an introducer is an independent third party, not part of the company, and that the company is not bound by a separate agreement between the client and the introducer. A rebate page does not replace that agreement.
Two other companies on the regulation page do not offer services to retail clients: Exness (UK) Ltd, Financial Conduct Authority register number 730729, and Exness (Cy) Ltd, Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission license 178/12. Exness (MU) Ltd, Mauritius Financial Services Commission registration 176967, is described as not currently providing retail services. FSCA number 51024 on that page belongs to Exness ZA (PTY) Ltd, which is a different line from the Seychelles company's derivatives authorization. The rebate card's "1:Unlimited" leverage field sits next to this mixed list. It is not the leverage in your agreement, and it is not a retail cap from a company that does not serve retail clients.
The regulation page also says the group does not provide services to residents of several jurisdictions, including the United States, and a further line lists Canada, Iran, North Korea, Europe, the United Kingdom, Russia, Belarus, and others. FXBee's terms say its own services are not offered where that would be illegal, and that checking local law is the reader's job. A card that loads in a browser is not a statement that your country, or your client category, is accepted. Copy the company from the PDF you actually received. If that PDF is not the Seychelles agreement, the introducer wording above can differ, so read the PDF in front of you.

A listed cell applies only after the account matches
The Exness page on FXBee prices rebates per standard lot, by account column and by symbol row. Standard and Standard Cent share a forex cell of 24% of the spread. Pro forex is listed at 13.8% of the spread. Gold on a Zero account is listed at USD 1.01. The Zero forex cell is written as up to USD 84.38. That is a ceiling on the page, not the rate on every pair, and it is not the gold figure. The per-lot breakdown is the place to compare columns. This section only shows when a cell is even allowed into the arithmetic.
Use the gold Zero cell as the example, because it is a fixed amount rather than a percentage of a spread you have not seen. If the account type is Zero, the symbol is gold, the volume unit is a standard lot, and the trade falls inside the dates FXBee has confirmed, 1.00 standard lot lines up with USD 1.01. A 0.10 lot on that same cell is 0.10 times 1.01, which is USD 0.101. A Standard forex ticket does not use USD 1.01 at all. It uses 24% of the spread on that ticket, which you can know only from the fill. A trade placed before the confirmed tracking date does not use the cell, even if the symbol and the account type look right.
| Match | Example result |
|---|---|
| Zero, gold, 1.00 standard lot, dates confirmed | USD 1.01 |
| Same cell, 0.10 lot | USD 0.101 |
| Standard or Standard Cent, forex | 24% of the spread on that ticket |
| Pro, forex | 13.8% of the spread on that ticket |
| Zero, forex | Up to USD 84.38 on the page, a ceiling, not the gold cell |
| Any row, before the confirmed tracking date | Not this cell |
The terms say rebates follow listed rates or rates agreed in writing, and that a custom quote has to be approved in writing. They also say there is no obligation to issue a payment in every case, that payments are made at FXBee's discretion, and that an offer can be changed or stopped without notice. A broker refusal, wrong payment details, or trading the broker identifies as churning can stop or void a rebate. A broker bonus can reduce the commission FXBee receives and shrink the rebate with it. Transfer fees can be deducted from the amount. None of that is visible in the USD 1.01 cell.

The two date sentences do not select the same trades
The cashback terms contain two sentences, and they are not a single calendar. The first limits rebate claims to transactions in the last three months before a rebate account is added to the system. The second says rebates for transactions older than three months from the time of account registration are not eligible for payment. Read them against dates rather than against a slogan about "recent trades."
Suppose the rebate account is added on 1 October. Under the first sentence, the window runs from 1 July to 1 October. A trade on 1 June is outside it. A trade on 15 August is inside it. Now add a registration date of 1 January. From 1 January to 15 August is more than three months. If the second sentence means trades placed more than three months after registration are out, the 15 August trade is inside the first sentence and outside the second. If instead the second sentence is only another way to say that a trade more than three months old is out, then 15 August can sit inside both, and 1 June sits outside both. The terms do not say which reading is applied to an Exness account. Until FXBee names the date it will use for that account identifier, do not count either ticket.

Which trades count is a separate question from this calendar. An eligible symbol on an untracked account is still an untracked account. An old ticket inside a loose reading of one sentence can still fail the other sentence, a bonus rule, or a churning decision. Keep the ticket anyway: symbol, volume, account type, and the spread or commission on the fill. If a later credit does not match the row you saved, those four fields are what support needs.
Get the account identifier and the start date in writing
Open a new account from the Exness page on FXBee for the column you intend to trade, then open the client agreement and write down the company. For an account that already exists, use the checks in an existing broker account and then ask about this identifier specifically. How the rebate is described does not answer whether this login is on the referral record.
The reply you want names four things: the company on the agreement, the account identifier rather than only the email, the account type against the column, and the date tracking starts. Ask which of the two three-month sentences will be applied, whether a bonus is active, and whether any credit is reduced by a transfer fee. The Exness (SC) Ltd agreement says a client introduced by a partner may request to be unlinked or moved to another partner, and that the company reserves discretion over that request. A request is not a confirmed link. The partner help page's note about older accounts still paying the earlier partner is the reason to ask about the trading-account identifier, not only about the email login.
Margin trading can produce losses larger than any rebate on the ticket. FXBee's terms say that level of risk may not suit every investor, and that support channels do not give investment, legal, or financial advice. A cashback credit changes a defined cost on a trade that clears the account match and the dates. It does not make the broker safer, and it does not offset a loss. Do not open extra accounts or increase size in order to collect a cell on the card.
FAQ
What does Exness account linking for cashback mean?
It means the trading account is on the referral record FXBee uses to calculate a rebate. Exness's partner help attaches that relationship when the client registers with a partner link, unless a different partner code is entered on the form. A click after the account exists does not, by itself, create the record. You still match the company on the agreement, the account identifier, the account type, and a written start date.
Does clicking a partner link today attach an account I already opened?
No. The published partner-link rule is about registration. The partner-code rule is about what is typed on that same form. A link opened months later is a new visit, not a rewrite of the account. Ask FXBee whether this account identifier is already on the referral record, and from which date. Trade the volume you hope to rebate only after that reply.
What if I register from one link and type a different partner code?
Exness's partner-code note says the Personal Area follows the code in that case. If the code field is left blank, the Personal Area follows the link. The field is optional. An invalid code shows an error, and the form can be completed without a code. If you meant the FXBee path, do not type a code from somewhere else on the way through registration.
Which company holds the trading account?
The company named on your client agreement. One published agreement is Exness (SC) Ltd, Seychelles FSA license SD025, at 9A, CT House, 2nd Floor, Providence, Mahe, Seychelles. That PDF also says the agreement overrides introducer statements, and that an introducer is an independent third party. If your PDF names another company, use that name. The list of companies on the rebate card is not a substitute for the PDF.
Does one license cover every Exness client?
No. SD025 is the Seychelles license of Exness (SC) Ltd. FCA 730729 is Exness (UK) Ltd, and CySEC 178/12 is Exness (Cy) Ltd. The regulation page says those UK and Cyprus companies do not offer services to retail clients. Mauritius registration 176967 is described as not currently providing retail services. FSCA 51024 is Exness ZA (PTY) Ltd. A cashback cell does not move you from one of these companies to another.
Can an Exness account opened earlier be added?
Sometimes the account identifier can be placed on the referral record, and sometimes the account has to be opened through the tracked path. The partner help note says accounts already linked to an earlier partner can keep paying that partner. The Exness (SC) Ltd agreement allows a request to change partner and leaves the decision to the company. Ask before you rely on a rate. A request, and a link clicked today, are not the confirmation.
How far back can trades be included?
The cashback terms limit claims to transactions in the last three months before the rebate account is added. They also say transactions older than three months from account registration are not eligible. Those sentences can disagree about a specific ticket. Use the 1 October example on this page, then ask which date applies to your account identifier. The window is not a promise that a past trade will be paid, because offers can also be changed or stopped without notice.
Why can 15 August pass one date sentence and fail the other?
If the rebate account is added on 1 October, 15 August sits inside 1 July to 1 October, so it passes the first sentence. If the trading account was registered on 1 January, 15 August is more than three months after registration. One reading of the second sentence excludes that trade. Another reading treats the second sentence as the same three-month age limit and would keep 15 August. The terms do not pick the reading. The written reply does.
Does the gold Zero cell apply to a Standard forex trade?
No. Gold on Zero is listed at USD 1.01 per standard lot. Standard and Standard Cent forex are listed at 24% of the spread, and Pro forex at 13.8% of the spread. A 0.10 gold lot on the Zero cell is USD 0.101 only as example arithmetic from that cell. It says nothing about a forex ticket, a different account type, or a trade outside the confirmed dates.
Is "up to USD 84.38" the rebate on every forex trade?
No. That wording is the Zero forex cell on the FXBee Exness page, and it is a ceiling, not a rate for every pair. It is also not the gold Zero cell of USD 1.01, and not the 24% Standard forex cell. Percentage cells still depend on the spread of the ticket you actually filled. The ceiling does not apply before the account, the symbol, and the tracking date match.
Does a cashback credit reduce a losing trade?
It reduces a defined cost only when the trade clears the account match and the dates. It does not change the loss into a smaller loss than the loss, and it does not make the account safer. Margin trading can lose more than the rebate. The terms also allow a payment to be declined, reduced by a bonus, voided if the broker calls the activity churning, or reduced by a transfer fee.
What should FXBee's written reply include?
The company on your agreement, the account identifier, the account type, and the date tracking starts. Also ask which three-month sentence applies, whether a bonus is active, and whether a transfer fee comes off the credit. Support email on the site is support@fxbee.com. Keep the reply with the ticket: symbol, volume, account type, and the spread or commission on the fill.
Can a resident of the United States use this rate card?
Exness's regulation page says the group does not provide services to residents of several jurisdictions, including the United States, and a further line includes Canada, Iran, North Korea, Europe, the United Kingdom, Russia, Belarus, and others. FXBee's terms say services are not available where offering them would be illegal. Do not treat a visible rebate table as permission to open an account where you live. Read the company on any agreement you are actually offered.
What if a later credit does not match the row I saved?
Send the ticket and ask which input differed: account identifier, account type, symbol, lot unit, spread, bonus, fee, or date. A Standard forex ticket was never going to pay the gold Zero figure. A trade before the confirmed start date was never in the cell. The company on the agreement remains the party on the trading account. The rebate terms still allow a listed offer to change, and they do not oblige a payment in every case.
